1. General Terms & Conditions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Sbobetuk (www.sbobetuk.ws) and all its members. By opening an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read these Terms in full and agreed to abide by them.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and deposits will not be refunded.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or identity document will result in all accounts being voided.
• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• A copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification purposes.
• Your account login credentials (password, OTP) must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Sbobetuk:

• All transactions must be made through an account held in the member's own name. The use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

4. Betting Rules & Settlement Process

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programs

All bonuses and promotions on Sbobetuk are governed by the following general terms and conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own rollover requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — each bonus must be used before the next one can be claimed.
• Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must open a new account and make their first deposit.
• Sbobetuk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at its discretion. Advance notice will be provided where possible.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting) is proven, the entire bonus will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification.

9. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a concern or complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Step One: Submit your complaint via live chat or support email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint. Sbobetuk will provide a written response within 72 hours.
• Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, an independent international dispute resolution body may be engaged.

For all disputes, the laws and jurisdiction of Sbobetuk's designated licensing authority shall apply.

10. Limitation of Liability & Technical Issues

Sbobetuk is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or network.
• If the member's account password is shared with another party without the member's knowledge.

Sbobetuk will always work to resolve issues caused by technical faults on the platform and will make every reasonable effort to compensate affected members.
